Nachos on a platter

Margaritaville Volcano Nachos

Just like the ones you get from Margaritaville restaurants, this nacho recipe is loaded and we recommend sharing it!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla chips, restaurant style
  • 1 jar Salsa con Queso Or make your own Nacho cheese
  • 1 cup Taco meat (or more, depending on taste)
  • 1 jar Sliced black olives
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • Chopped omatoes, onions, peppers to taste
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream optional
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 and place parchment paper on a baking sheet

  2. Layer some tortilla chips on the bottom of the baking sheet

  3. Pour some of the queso over top

  4. Add some shredded cheese

  5. Add second layer of chips

  6. Top with taco meat and then some more chips

  7. Last layer of chips, then top with the rest of the queso, vegetables and cheese

  8. Place in oven until the cheese is bubbly

  9. Remove from oven, carefully lift the nachos and parchment and move to another platter

  10. Top with sour cream and guac!
