I am addicted to Starbucks Sous Vide Eggs. I could eat them every day, but hey, we know that can get expensive! Thanks to Home Hardware and the Kuraidori Precision Cooker, I can have them whenever I want. 

I tried this recipe out thinking it would be perfect for Christmas morning. There’s virtually no mess, it’s the easiest recipe ever and when you throw them together, you walk away. You don’t have to watch it!

If you’re following a low carb or keto diet, this would be a great thing to make on a Sunday and keep them in the jars for the week. Just grab and go! 

Also, they taste just like the Starbucks recipe!

Starbucks Egg Bites

We love the Starbucks Egg Bites so much we HAD to find  a way to make them  at home. Thankfully, these are easy and tasty!

Cook Time 35 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes
Servings 4


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 4 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded (for the end)


  1. Start the Kuraidori Precision Cooker and heat to 167 degrees

  2. Blend all the eggs and cheese in blender until smooth (leave out the final 1/4 cup of Gruyere cheese)

  3. Spray the jars with cooking spray

  4. Add the bacon to the bottom of the jars and top with the egg mixture. Make sure you evenly separate them between the jars.

  5. Put the lids on the jars and add to the water. 

  6. Cook in the sous vide for 35 minutes or until set.

  7. Remove the eggs from the jars, and put on a plate. Top with Gruyere cheese and broil until a little brown on the top
