Peggy Hill, broker at the Peggy Hill Team, is known for selling homes, and a lot of them!

She’s like the Long Island Medium for homes in the area. We were amazed when she could tell us who built our homes, issues those homes may have in the future and even told us the past history of our houses. All we did was say our addresses!

We were fascinated with Peggy as she told us her life story. Born of Greek descent, she helped her parents live their dream of owning a restaurant, cooking Greek food for the masses. When her parents decided to retire, that’s when she pursued her dream of real estate.

She worked hard, showed grit but never forgot who she was. Every fortunate thing that happened to her in her career, she paid back to the community, without asking for recognition. She built a team based on her core values, and her team reflects those values as they sell homes all over the area. Over one cup of coffee and a few bites of her potatoes, we were captivated by this woman!

Peggy's Greek Corner Roasted Potatoes

Peggy Hill's famous potatoes from her days at the restaurant.

  • 6-8 Potatoes Peeled and quartered
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Soup Mix
  • 1 Juice from a lemon
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a roasting pan.

  3. Cook for one hour

  4. You can top the potatoes with Tzatziki for added taste!
