Love Starbucks Egg Bites? Apryl shares how she makes them in the Instant Pot!

Every Sunday I make these little egg bites in my instant pot and keep them in the fridge for quick grab and go breakfasts for the week. They are just like the ones that Starbucks sells, and believe me, I love those!! but don’t always have the time and money to grab them.

When I shared on our Instagram Stories that I make them this way, I get messages all the time asking how I do it. It’s super easy!

I also previously shared how I made them with the Sous Vide, but that method takes a while.

When I was gifted this Instant Pot for Christmas, the egg bites were one of the first things I wanted to try out.  The results are amazing! It only takes a few minutes and you’re done!

First thing, you should make sure you have the silicone egg molds, I got mine from Amazon for $15. What I love about this is it comes with a lid so I cover it for the week.

I blend all the ingredients in the blender, then pour evenly into the molds.

Then cover with foil. Put two cups of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot, then use the metal rack that came with and put it in the bottom of the IP too. Add the egg mold and close the lid.

Select “steam”, and set that for 8 minutes.  When it ends, let it naturally release for 10 minutes. After that, your egg bites are ready! That simple.

I make these every week as part of my meal prep, which is important to me because I tend to make bad choices when I’m not prepared! For those of you following Weight Watchers like me, these are only 3 points for 2 of them!
